When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada, united kingdom and the U.S. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon!

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Can I return or exchange my swimsuit?

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are final. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering, or reach out if you need help choosing your fit.

How do I care for my Aliyrá swimsuit?

To keep your piece in perfect shape:
    •    Hand wash cold
    •    Lay flat to dry
    •    Avoid bleach, wringing, and ironing
    •    Store away from direct sunlight
(And don’t forget—our suits have metal logo accents, so treat them with love.)

I made a mistake on my order—can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at official@aliyra.ca with your order number and correction. We’ll do our best!
